Petit Fernand Personalised Name Labels

Petit Fernand Personalised Name Labels

Oh, for the joy of the summer holidays. It’s all optimism and fun to start. Having worked in a children’s department for a high street store for too many years of my youth, I’ve learned- avoid the last two weeks. For me, school uniform has to be sorted early. So I was over the moon with an opportunity to review Petit Fernand Personalised Name Labels.

I know what parents’ mean by sudden growth spurts but having had ages and height in centimetres ingrained in my brain at the age of 15, I’m willing to risk it. This year more so, I am going to be the mum who sends the child into school in uniform they’ll “grow into”. Because with birthdays in January and March, basing purchases on the age of a child is meaningless.

I grow tall children. CM at 8 finished the school year in 10-11 yr summer dresses. I *had to* absolve my grey and shrunk white polo shirt guilt by running out a month before the end of term and buy 7-8 yr polo shirts for my 6yo twins.

Between shrinking clothes, birthdays and growth spurts, I’m taking my risks.

Somewhat depressingly, the last day of term saw my online purchases arrive. But positively, with next to no wait time at all my Petit Fernand personalised name labels also arrived. Three sets Petit Fernand labelsOh, how much to my children love their name labels for their new school year?

We were all ready low on previous name labels, and I admit I was so tempted to just order ‘Johnson’ replacements. But Mr J talked me round, and I’m so glad he did.

I found myself with a queue as we sat down to find labels the children loved. And it was so straightforward.

Of course, CM had to go first.Petit Fernand labelsCM has an absolute obsession with foxes at the moment, I can’t even begin to explain. So you can imagine how over-the-moon she was to find a fox icon for her name label. Add to this a favourite colour and a background to match her name, I was the best mum ever.

And B and E pretty much followed suite. Favourite icon, favourite colour, and a font which was easy to read their name.

Job done.Petit Fernand labelsAnd fortunately when they arrived they were just as the screen showed, and the children envisaged.

I ordered 40 iron-on labels in each name. This has meant we have all uniform sorted for the year and I have enough leftover for another batch of white polo shirts further into the year.

Personalised labels are very helpful and best form of labelling. That personalised feeling is great!
