Word of the Week #WotW

It’s Friday!!

It’s been a good week all in all.

Work doesn’t appear to slow up in the holidays, and whilst I’ve been resenting working from home I’ve had two days in London this week which have gone really well, a great day yesterday getting lots done, and now it’s Friday!

I’m a little bit excited by work again, the footprints are being laid out to be followed, progress is beginning after such a long time. It feels good.

But more so…. we’re on countdown, how many sleeps?

CM and I are off to London to take advantage of Kids Week 2015. I honestly don’t know who’s more excited. Albeit the boys are absolutely heartbroken they’re not going. I suspect an Inset day in September may be spent at Legoland.

I’m bringing CM back from London on Tuesday only to return with work for two days, and then, woohoo, then it’s drawing ever closer to my birthday. Because where my birthday is concerned I definitely don’t like to restrict celebrations to a day… and so the countdown begins!

Sounds a good word for your week – and it’s the rules that birthdays have to last longer than a day! 🙂 #wotw

I think as I get older birthdays should last longer- so as my memory fades I’m more likely to remember a week than a day 😉 x
